The clinic lists tonsillitis, renal and gall-bladder stone, and some appendicitis presentations among conditions it treats conservatively when that is appropriate. Not every surgical diagnosis can or should avoid an operation.
Acute abdominal pain, fever, or vomiting needs an urgent clinical decision. Come with ultrasound or other reports, and expect an honest opinion if surgery is the safer path.
